Il focus delle attività sarà l’urbanistica tattica: una risposta al normale processo di pianificazione e di sviluppo degli spazi comuni delle città attraverso un processo aperto, con un uso efficiente delle risorse e delle potenzialità nascoste nell’interazione sociale.
